"Steal from their deck, steal from their hand. Take away their creatures, take away their land. Steal from their graveyard, even take their draw. Steal some of everything for theft is now the law."

The goal of this deck is to steal as many cards as possible from the opponent. They get slowed down and lose potential win conditions, and this deck gets reinforced with new lands and spells of all kinds. The opponent's strengths are literally used against them.

Nightveil Specter and Mimeofacture go for the opponent's deck, while Exotic Orchard guarantees the ability to play enemy spells. Evil Twin steals creatures off the battlefield. Wrexial, the Risen Deep and Memory Plunder hit the graveyard, and Psychic Intrusion takes from the hand or grave. Dictate of Kruphix + Notion Thief and Dimir Cutpurse round it off by stealing card draw and hand size. Backing up these thefts is a dash of removal/control and protections, either to get through to the opponent or just Peek at what's coming.

Since the deck's power depends on what an opponent plays, it's not always predictable or reliable, but the results are ALWAYS interesting.
