• Each starts with a hand of 7
• Shared library of 60 cards
• No nonland permanents

Yup, it's all just instants, sorceries and islands. What's more, there are no damaging effects in these spells - the only way to win is to deck out your opponent.

You have a selection of cards that draw, force others to draw, scry, mill, counter, loot, surveil, bring cards back from the grave to your hand and even a couple that shuffle everything in the yard back into the library. Use your cunning and timing to make sure you have a card on your draw step and your opponent doesn't.

No cards exile. No cards with flashback, or jumpstart or rebound. Just clean mechanics keeping both players on their toes, searching for an out.

This is a prototype for now. I want to keep this pretty cheap, but I'm sure there are other card choices that could easily go in here. Please comment with your ideas!
