When I was busy constructing the build for my Time-For-Izzet, I thought to myself "What would a Standard version of this deck be?" Well I built it.

Let's give a brief play break-down:The Fire: Magma Spray, Magma Jet, Lightning Strike and Scouring Sands are all the Fire that this deck needs. With only 1 sorcery spell in the Fire section, I can do most of my damage in the opponents turn.

The Control: Cancel and Voyage's End. No sorceries here, so all in the opponents turn.

The Draw: Divination and Refocus allow me to draw. Refocus lets me do it in the opponents turn anyway, so bonus there.

The Creatures: Sigiled Starfish allows for a scry when I need to set the next draw. However, the champion of this deck is Spellheart Chimera. Literally everything I do, fuels him.

The play is simple: Burn your opponent in the opening few moves, then hit with Spellheart Chimera to finish it all off. If need be, Use Scouring Sands to get rid of pesky Fliers before you attack.
