Spirit tribal deck helmed by the precon spirit commander, Millicent, Restless Revenant.

Gameplan of the deck is to get a few spirits out on your board to reduce the cast of your commander. Then drop Millicent and attack with everything which will double your spirits. Lots of anthems and card draw in this deck to always have an answer for what your opponents are putting up against you.

Deck was converted over from an Alela flying tribal deck.
