Budget Combo with Living Lore + Cruel Ultimatum/Enter the Infinite. (I already have snappy)

The idea is to loot for Living Lore while geting the huge bombs (Cruel Ultimatum/Enter the Infinite) in the graveyard. And hopefully not getting killed in the process.

Enter the Infinite should end the game on the spot, with Lightning Storm. While the lock with Cruel Ultimatum is just awesome, and if not winning, keeping me on the strong side while I dig for Enter the Infinite

Every piece of help is appreciated especially on mana-base, but keep in mind I'm on a budget please :)

I do feel like a problem with the deck s that I can't/don't have the means to answer to a threat turn 1-3.
