Sphere of Curses utilizes enchantments for defense and offense. I plan on using this in a Standard Constructed tournament at this week's FNM; all suggestions are welcome and will be considered.

This deck is not your typical, competitive standard deck, but I still want to give it a try.

Currently, I have to wait out the first few turns and rely on Fog Bank to buy me time. Oblivion Ring and Detention Sphere used to stabilize the board while I get Axebane Guardian mana built up.

Sphere of Safety is the deck's main defense. I have enough enchantments in the deck that the opponent will have to carefully choose which creatures to attack with, if any.

Curse of Misfortunes brings out more enchantments each turn and eventually, with Curse of Thirst and Curse of Bloodletting, the win.

Took out the Ogre Jailbreakers and Ethereal Armor and went for more control-y enchantments like Pacifism and Dead Weight

I am missing some of the shock lands, so i have Gates in there currently. Relying on Farseek to find missing pieces, usually the Island.

Again- PLEASE help me out; I only have a few days to get this deck in tip-top shape.

Added in Curse of Death's Hold; not sure how I failed to have it in the original deck.

Added in Curse of the Pierced Heart and removed Ogre Jailbreaker. I felt that the Guildgates slowed the deck too much and Jailbreaker is awful without the Gates. To keep the number of defenders up, I tossed in two Gatecreeper Vines.

Added in shock lands, but only the ones I currently possess. I may trade for more Overgrown Tombs.

I tested out the Bitterheart Witch and was not pleased with how long it took to get into play.

The biggest problem I have right now is the deck being waaay too slow. Help me out!
