I definitely thought of including Inkwell Leviathan, however I decided I preferred having all flyers for my fatties. There's just something about Sphinx of the Steel Wind..

So... no Blightsteel Colossus? Cuz an ideal game could go like this:
T1: Darksteel Citadel, Mox Opal, Mox Opal, Etherium Sculptor, Lightning Greaves, swing for one if you want.
T2: Land, Master Transmuter, equip, trigger ability, bounce anything except Lightning Greaves, get Blightsteel Colossus, equip, swing for what's probably game.
This requires seven cards, but still, my point is Blightsteel Colossus could provide some hilarious wins.

You could mainboard Ethersworn Canonist to beat storm and most other decks

I agree with Nightdragon779. Blightsteel Colossus would be amazing in this deck. Also Inkwell Leviathan would be a stronger and more reliable finisher than Sphinx of the Steel Wind. (Not saying you should take it out though. Maybe another one of the big creatures.)

Mox Opal is Legendary. Darksteel Citadel -> Mox -> Mox results in you having a Darksteel Citadel, a Mox in the bin and an inactive Mox on the battlefield.
How does Ethersworn Canonist "beat most other decks"? Also, why would you mainboard it if it's a specific answer against certain decks? Storm isn't even really a thing in Modern atm.

326, Let me specify. It slows down other decks, which you can take advantage of, especially with a slower hand on your own end. I know people who force storm, so I knee-jerk said something about it.

i made a tezzeret list really similar to this, and Renowned Weaponsmith can pull some heavy weight if you can get him to stick around long enough

The deck could really use some fetch lands and a few more shocks to make it more consistent. Like Flooded Strand, Polluted Delta, Hallowed Fountain, Watery Grave.

Thanks for all the suggestions.
Nightdragon779 and Noix11, I have put Blightsteel Colossus into the maybeboard for consideration. I understand that it would be a very solid win con. I sort of feel like it's a cheap card to use though and that it wouldn't be as satisfying to win with. As for Inkwell Leviathan, I love that it has Trample. The main reason I'm not running it though is that it naturally has shroud, so I wouldn't be able to equip Cranial Plating to it. I like that the deck uses flyers to win. I did add two Cryptic Command to tap their creatures if I need to, so that the win condition could be more reliable though.
I will be looking into adjusting the mana base with some more shock lands and some fetch lands too. I just wish they weren't so expensive.
326 Is correct about Mox Opal. It's legendary, so you can only have one in play at a time. That's why I'm only running two.
TheBurgerKing, I like the idea of running Ethersworn Canonist in the sideboard. I just haven't gotten around to making one yet.

Genius! You're awesome with this supermegablasterhyper awesome deck!Seriously, made my day! I love it! Congratz! I'll prob start to build one as soon as i can.
Now the question; How do you deal with artifact hate? And i think i know the motive but i'll ask anyway; Why didnt you use Renowned Weaponsmith?
Thanks buddy! Hope we can discuss more about this awesome deck soon!

Another question if i may; How do you deal w/ Stony Silence?

Thanks for the comments, I'm glad you like the deck. I've put a lot of time into it, trying to make the best Master Transmuter deck I can. Shoot me a +1 if you want to.
I've made a couple of key changes and made the deck focus more strongly on Platinum Angel. You asked how I deal with artifact hate and Stony Silence. The deck initially used cheap counter spells like Spell Pierce, Mana Leak and Dispell. I realized that these weren't reliable enough though, so I took them out and replaced them with some better spells:
Thoughtseize: Will remove any artifact hate card directly from their hand. I don't mind losing the 2 life at all because I should have a Platinum Angel in play.
Welding Jar: I realized that for this deck, this card is strictly better than the 1 drop counter spells I was running. It costs 0, feeds my Mox Opals and Cranial Plating, and best of all, if my opponent does pull of some crazy board wipe with a wrath card, I can insure that Platinum Angel stays on the field.
Remand: It hits any spell and also allows me to draw a card. I added these and an extra Cryptic Command because I still feel that this deck needs some solid counter magic.
Galvanic Blast: For early game removal and late game burn. I took out my Path to Exiles for these because they are more versatile in this deck.
You recommended that I might use Renowned Weaponsmith. As of now, it's not included because it isn't an Artifact card. I have put it in the maybeboard for consideration though, because I definitely recognize the utility of it in this deck.

With this build I would recommend running four Sphinx Summoner, letting you fetch up a "silver bullet" style creature (meaning a one of in your deck that is really gonna mess the enemy up, such as Sphinx of the Steel Wind against a Red/Green deck). The other way you could go is the more "all in" version, where you pick one amazing creature and run it as a four of, as well as four Fabricate, and have your primary goal to be getting that creature into play, for this configuration I'd run one Sphinx Summoner, four Fabricate, and four Blightsteel Colossus. On top of all this, it is going to be critical to keep your Master Transmuter alive for as long as possible, meaning cards like Remand and Mana Leak, as well as maybe even Swan Song could be excellent in this deck. If this was trying to be as competitive as possible my list would look something like this:
4x Pentad Prism
4x Mox Opal
4x Glimmervoid
4x Remand
4x Fabricate
and some number of lands (at least 20, at most 24)
Hope this helps a bit! Tell me what you think :-)

Thanks for the suggestions. I went ahead and booted Sphinx Summoner up to a full set. I also took out Platinum Angel and replaced her with 2 Sphinx of the Steel Wind and added Sword of Light and Shadow for the protection combo. I took out a couple other cards so I could run a full set of both Remand and Galvanic Blast. I also decided to run Mind Stone for further ramp and card draw.
I added Blightsteel Colossus and Serum Visions to the maybeboard. Blightsteel hasn't been included because it feels like a cheap spell and isn't as fun to play to me. I have contemplated Serum Visions, but I feel that Remand and Mind Stone are better in this deck for card advantage.
Thanks again for the suggestions, I feel pretty happy with the changes, let me know what you think..

Good call on the Mind Stone! I always forget that card but it's probably the best turn two ramp in the format! And Blightsteel Colossus would definitely be the most competitive pick, but if that's not how you want to play I can respect that!

well, if you don't like Blightsteel Colossus because it literally one shots people, theres always it's non-infect twin: Darksteel Colossus. sphinx is really strong too though

Lodestone Golem could be worth playing in the deck. With all the 0 mana artifacts, Whir of Invention seems like it has a place here; it can search for Master Transmuter and you could fit in an Ensnaring Bridge to fetch out when you need it. Have you ever considered Platinum Emperion? It's great when you're behind and about to die and you can give it shroud with Lightning Greaves to make yourself nearly unkillable. I'd say it's better than Filigree Angel in most cases since it's harder to remove with burn.
Spire of Industry is probably better than City of Brass most of the time, by the way.

Phyrexian Metamorph + Sharuum the Hegemon is a cool combo. Might be a little slow tho.

Inkwell Leviathan would be so sick in this deck!
