Life and Limb is your mana ramp. Saprolings are the "sand plankton" of Arrakis, microscopic organisms that feed on Spice; consuming them gives Paul Atreides a taste of Spice's power. Gitaxian Probe to see into your opponent's mind combined with Fertile Imagination for maximum spawning. Fungal Sprouting will massively accelerate once you have some wurms in play. Double your sand plankton with Second Harvest for just 4 mana.

Ponder and Stubborn Denial give you some deck control and board control, while fitting the theme of Spice consumption.

Mwonvuli Beast Tracker is your Fremen guide. Dramatic Entrance gets a wurm into play regardless of your mana ramp situation.

Once the Shai Hulud, the Worldspine Wurm, comes into play then Predator's Rapport into Voracious Wurm. Fungal Sprouting from any of these giant wurms leads into Primal Bellow for a massive killing blow, since each Saproling is also a forest.
