The idea of this deck is to do lots of damage on your first main phase, then use all the mana you generated to McMurder your opponents. It will be a rare occurrence that you dont have enough mana to cast Neheb, there are plenty of mana rocks. Once you get down to it, the meat of the deck is a really fast burn deck.
