This is probably my most fun Commander deck of the three that I've built and as with any Mayael deck, the object is simple: ramp up until you can play Mayael with protection (optimally as Lightning Greaves or Swiftfoot Boots) and use her ability to drop the biggest, fattest creatures in all of Magic.

The name of this deck comes from the name of a pair of early 1990's WCW wrestling matches which were the precursor to the WWE's Raw Roulette. I just often refer to using Mayael's ability as 'spinning Mayael' so the name came to mind from that.
