What do you need for a reanimator deck? Three things: The reanimation spell, something to reanimate and a way to discard the thing you want to reanimate. The rarest thing in this equation is the reanimation spell, there's usually only 0-2 decent ones per standard rotation. The best we have r.n. is Spirit-Sister's Call, so we build our deck around that. The best thing to reanimate is Phyrexian Portal. These two fit nicely together, since usually it's hard to reanimate noncreature stuff, Call does it no* problem.
*The downside of Call is that you need permanents to sacrifice to it.
That's where our lovely blood token generators come in. They do really heavy lifting in this deck, for an incredibly cheap cost. They provide two permanents per card to sacrifice to Call. The blood token for Portal, the body for Titan of Industry and Toxril, our reanimation creatures. But, the blood tokens also let's us discard reanimation targets and dig for Call. Fable of the Mirror-Breaker fits in here too, in that it creates creatures, artifacts and let's us dig and discard. Oh, and is a win-con in and of itself. Such a busted card.
So... that's all we need, right? Well, I kind of lied with the whole "you need only three things in reanimator" shazam. You also kind of need a way to stay alive until it all that happens, given that reanimator spells < cmc 5 apparently are a big no-no for wizards. So, we also pack a whole bunch of removal and Brotherhood's End. Most notable here is Rite of Oblivion, making further use of all the tokens and critters we have lying around, and Archangel of Wrath, which gives us some much much needed lifegain. Not only because we often are the control deck, but also because our landbase is quite painful without a fitting triland.
