This was my take on the U/W spirits deck. I played it and won the EMN game day. I was told that playing against it felt very close to playing against merfolk. This deck is very aggressive. It needs to win by turn 6 or 7. Late game is generally not that great. I have found that it can get there pretty consistently.

You will NEED to mulligan. Dont be afraid to do it. In order to win I needed to play a creature starting on turn 2 at latest. Ideally you can play a creature on turn 1 2 and 3. You are able to swing in for 3 on turn 2 if you get the right cards down.
