Sideboard

This is my politics multiplayer deck. There are no big, huge creatures here. There are only combat tricks and bouncing. If you want to survive with this deck, you will have to convince your friends that you're not a threat.

Placement of instants:

Giant Growth is here to have some cheap buff not reliant on Prismatic Omen . This is the replacement card.

Might of Alara is the powerful pump. It gives you 5 for one if you have the omen out. If you have the Shadow draw discard creature out along with the omen, you can swing for 6 unblockable with this card.

Primal Bellow is a late-game pump. It also combos well with the omen.

Savage Surge allows you to untap a creature if you don't have a blocker and turn it into a huge blocker. It can also be used to save other people, giving you brownie points.

All these pump spells listed above can be used on your opponents creatures. So if someone is going after you, and someone else is going after them, you can kill the person quicker by pumping their creatures.

Other Instants:

Brainstorm Is an awesome instant as we all know. It allows me to search for instants at instant speed. So if I need that fog when someone swings for big, I can brainstorm into fog. It also lets me transform Delver of Secrets   by casting it in response to Delver's ability, letting me put an instant on top of my library before the trigger.

Vapor Snag is spot bounce with life loss. It prevents me from losing too much life. It can also bounce a overweight Primordial Hydra.

Fog is an auto-include. You can save someone else's ass with it, or you can save your own.

Creature Explanation:

Looter il-Kor is my version of Merfolk Looter. It is unblockable, it is blue, and it deals damage. I can kill people with this thing if i get lucky.

Talrand, Sky Summoner, because with all these instants, why not?

Lunar Mystic lets me draw more cards. Highest mana-cost of the whole deck, but it's worth it.

Politics of the deck

When the game starts, pick out your biggest threat. When someone attacks him with a non-hexproof/shroud creature, pump that creature if it goes unblocked. Try to make yourself not look like a threat. Don't play Prismatic Omen until you have a Might of Alara either in your hand or upcoming.

Sideboard

Sideboard is important in multiplayer. These are some of the cards I picked and some of the substitutions I can make. Suggestions are welcome.

Blighted Agent is to deal with life gain decks. Those things are really annoying, and infect is the best way to do that with this deck.

Glaring Spotlight is the best way to target my opponent's creatures with hexproof. It's also the only way to deal with illusion decks.

plumet is for really big, annoying fliers. It's super cheap so I can keep my options open.

Predator's Strike is there for bigger creatures that need trample. This is the cheapest thing that gives a decent sized buff and gives trample.

Tormod's Crypt is for Graveborn-style decks. Enough said.

Kozilek, Butcher of Truth is to deal with mill decks. It will never be cast unless a game goes on forever.
