this is my untested, almost finished entry into my local store's edh pauper league. I remember playing against my friend's casual spitfire deck and how he used splicing into arcane to reuse spells for major burn and i'm bringing it to edh the best way i can think of.

the islands stand for cards i don't have yet. the manarocks are because my lgs uses an achievement system with one achievement being no searching.
