A more of a gravepower deck than a golgari deck. I want advice on how I can improve it, last FNM I went 3-1 and took second place.

How it Works:

Use Lotleth trolls as early game drops and pump them up if you have creatures in your hand you cant cast just yet (or creatures you can get back). Normally when I put him out on turn 2, turn 3 I'm swinging for 5 damage. Turn 3 you can either play defensively in case they have removal and wanna kill your troll, or put out a splinterfright for more mill.

Late game you should have a jacked up splinterfright, and (hopefully) a ghoultree and this is where the fun starts. Go ahead and swing with that 12/12 Splinterfright and 10/10 Ghoultree (with rancor its a 12/10) then pop out the fact you went to Jarad's! If you have seven mana you can go ahead and sac either one of those big bad boys for another 12 damage... DING! DING! DING! that should be game. Know that every creature in your deck is a threat and there are so many ways to aggro, turn 2 Gravecrawler with rancor is 4 damage. Every hand has a possibility or strategy. If your opponent is burning you a lot you can take out those Abrupt decays for Gnaw to the Bone. Thoughts on how to make the deck better is much appreciated, and if you could vote it so others can see it I would like that! Thanks!

Updates Add

So after a lot more play testing I decided that I do not really need 4 Mulch. Grisly Slavage and Splinterfright do an excellent Job of getting cards in the graveyard and since I can get a troll to 8/7 by turn 6 my emphasis isn't that heavy on the graveyard. I decided I am going to run 3 Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord instead this way I increase my chances of drawing one, and so I can sac big creatures for lots of damage. This also takes my creature count up to 25 (used to be 24).
