My first try at making a Splinter Twin and Deceiver Exarch deck. I'm going to wait until M12 comes out to start building this deck because I doubt Jace, the Mind Sculptor will be reprinted. I like Noxious Revival a lot because not only does it let you recover combo parts lost to discard or counter spells, but it also lets you get extra use out of Preordain, Inquisition of Kozilek, Duress, Dismember, or you can even bring back a dead Jace, the Mind Sculptor.
