So this deck went pretty nearly undefeated at the (admittedly small) locals, with the exception that I had to drop before the last round. Still, being able to talk about this deck and getting an "Oh god not that one' in response is the best thing I could have ever asked for with this deck.
The deck has been updated a good bit; some clutter removed, replaced the Shimmering Grotto with Scoured Barrens, and the deck is just generally faster overall now.
I tested out both Spectral Procession and Triplicate Spirits, and Triplicate proved to be a better performer most of the time, which is why there's a lopsided add there between the two.
Beguiler of Wills, while a SUPER fun card, is just too slow for this deck nine times out of ten, and really only ends up showing up when playing against pillow forts. She may end up being sided out completely later on, but for now I just couldn't quite bring myself to do it.
Spirit Bonds is a useful new tool that can give me a spoop for just an extra W, or protect Beguiler from an otherwise certain death. It's not super useful on its own, though, so I leave it at 2.
Populate is a useful tool, but it turns out it's usually just too slow and doesn't have the output I want from this deck. So, I replaced Growing Ranks with Bident of Thassa, which turned out to be a hugely useful tool for the same cost, since usually by the time I get it out I have a spoop army ready and waiting. I also made room for a couple of Military Intelligence, since attacking with a mere 2 or more creatures is cake in a deck like this. Draw power really boosts this deck along nicely.
Finally, Avacyn's Collar got removed because of the small number of targets available. In its place, there is an extra Ethereal Armor because this deck is so Enchantment-heavy. In the instance I have trouble keeping a board presence, this card will give me something beefy enough to take a hit.
