RoyLancaster You should try both. Precinct Captain helps feed the Hanweir Militia Captain  ^Flip.

Your deck doesn't have a heavy commitment to white mana; only the Precinct Captains in the main have in their casting cost.

You could get away with running a few utility lands such as Ghost Quarter to keep greedy multicolor mana bases off tilt and kill stray problem lands such as Celestial Collonade.

I think Soul Warden or Soul's Attendant will do more work than Soldier of the Pantheon. You might also consider Kazandu Blademaster - even without any other Allies, a 2/2 with first strike and vigilance is nothing to scoff at.

Celestial Flare as a sideboard against hexproof and indestructible. Oblivion Ring is really useful, too, even at 3cmc. Pithing Needle is nice against planeswalkers.

well Sea Gate Wreckage could be good here as you drop your entire hand down pretty early. A few non basics cant hurt THat much, right? ahahaha
