Overview

This deck was an attempt at a Lantern Control-style deck in Pauper. Unfortunately, I totally misunderstood how Lantern Control works or why Ensnaring Bridge is so important to the deck, so it turned out to be...not like Lantern Control at all.

Spy Control, as it turns out, is different. Essentially, it revolves around two different combos.

Orcish Spy gives you a free look at what your opponent's draws are, and Ghoulcaller's Bell can prevent them from getting anything helpful. The ideal find in someone's library is a land. You want to mill them so they only draw lands, and are stuck with whatever is in their hand. (This is done with the help of the surplus of discard spells: Raven's Crime, Wrench Mind, and Duress.

The second combo is more well-known around Pauper communities. Thoughtpicker Witch also allows you to control their draw, as long as you sacrifice a creature. You want to sacrifice Myr Servitor, because it recurs on your next turn. The more Myr Servitors you have, the further you can dig into your opponent's library.

Most of the deck is an R/B Control list, with Lightning Bolt, Disfigure, Victim of Night, and Magma Jet serving as removal (I'm not too sure about Magma Jet; I thought that the scry would be useful, but I'm not sure how useful). Sign in Blood allows us to draw two cards, because man does not live on topdecks alone.

The win condition is either just swinging with your witch/myr/orc, or Flurry of Horns (hopefully the latter).

The sideboard and mana base are still in progress.
