Maybeboard

This is an experimental mil deck. It's gimmicky, janky, and easy to disrupt or completely screw over with a well timed destroy all artifacts. Plus can be a bit slow to get it going. Sounds like fun! I've goldfished it, but not tried it in any real games. Just though it might give someone some ideas. Also, I was trying to keep the budget with about $100.

Phase 1
Mulligan until you have 2 lands. Get Sram out on Turn 2.

Phase 2
You'll just be playing rocks and equip

Phase 3
You're looking for 2 pieces: extra draw and mana cost reduction
1) Getting more than 1 card off of Sram's ability. Puresteel Paladin and Alhammarret's Archive are the main ones, but Paradox Engine with Temple Bell works too. Clock of Omens with Temple Bell can get a bunch of draw going too by tapping down all your equipment. Or Lashnife, Paradox Engine, and at least 2 rocks that make white mana is an infinite draw loop. Panharmonicon doubles Puresteel's draw.
2) Either enough mana cost reduction to play your equipment for free or Paradox Engine plus a couple rocks works too. Failing that, Clock of Omens can tap your equipment to untap a rock for some extra mana.
Once you're drawing 2 or 3 cards off of each equipment cast and have a mana piece, you're off to the races and can draw your deck.

Phase 4
Keep a couple equip in hand, then sac the rest, and put it back into your library with Elixir of Immortality. Put down Alter of the Brood. (Optional: Make some copies of it with Cogwork Assembler with any floating mana. Panharmonic doubles Alter's effect.) Then play an equip to kick off the draw cycle and you have a loop to Mil everyone out.

If Elixir of Immortality gets hit with removal, you can use Faith's Reward to get back all your equipment, then use Codex Shredder to get back Faith's Reward.

It probably could use something like Grand Abolisher, Conqueror's Flail, or Silence to prevent interference on the turn you're milling them out. If you want to win-more, you could finish it off with a Rest in Peace (just make sure not to hit yourself with it)

Equipping Sram with Puresteel's free equip ability gives you Voltron commander dmg as an alternate win condition. Normally all the 0 and 1 CMC equipment is just there to keep the draw going.

edit: This deck is horrible. You're so much better off doing Mil in a different color or just using something like Aetherflux Reservoir as a win condition instead.
