Welp, this deck isn't as awesome as I thought it would be.

This deck looks really awesome-- I playtested it, and I was swinging for 14 flying on turn 4. It seems a little vulnerable to lots of removal, though. I'd suggest throwing in some Swiftfoot Boots or Faith's Shield.

Sideboard Curse of Exhaustion for control or hate filled decks

Silverblade Paladin is going to be gross paired with Wolfir Silverheart. You should include them in this deck!

It would be awesome to use Wolfir Silverheart, but he isn't a human. So if my Descendants' Path is on the field he may get cycled to the bottom of my deck.

I play tested a bit and it definitely has potential, I think maybe I would make it a more Descendant's Path focus. Lose the autumn's veil, moment of heroism, and rites of flourishing, and play more humans.

I'll probably add Mentor of the Meek because I keep running out of cards in my hand.
Have you guys seen the new spoilers? I'm gonna put Ulvenwald Tracker in this deck too.

Some Fiend Hunters or Oblivion Rings would help out, human decks rely on the field being open for them to attack without risking their lives lol. Rites of Flourishing is a cool card, but it helps out the opponent as well. Great deck idea, it works well, but Some creature control would help out. Oh, and Celestial Purge is a Sideboard must for any white deck.

I would run 2 Thalia, Guardian of Thraben she totally rocks early game.
April 18, 2012 7:15 a.m.
If your running Mighty Leap and Moment of Heroism you may want to consider trying Titanic Growth 12 damage Mirran Crusader FTW.

I wouldn't pump too many tokens, otherwise it becomes a token shit, but put in a Gather the Townsfolk?

how is Descendants' Path legal in standard its illegal in any format is this trolll ?
April 18, 2012 11:40 a.m.
@krishna007
Descendants' Path will be legal when Avacyn Restored comes out, same with a few other cards in this deck. It's a premptive deck, not trolling.

@Yoshiman- No, but he is a warrior, just like Hamlet Captain.
April 18, 2012 2:18 p.m.
@Dismay ooooo, you have a point there.
Once ulvenwald tracker is put on this site, I'll take out Autumn's Veil, Moment of Heroism, and Rites of Flourishing and replace them with Ulvenwald tracker and Wolfir Silverheart.
I'm pretty new to standard so I just hope this deck will be alright once I go to my first fnm.

I am forever in hate with Rites of Flourishing, Love seeing it but will never run it. Otherwise, Great Deck.
April 18, 2012 10:26 p.m.
I use Rites of Flourishing all the time. But when I do, I usually run Curse of Exhaustion with it. This somewhat counter acts the benefit your opponent gets because he is limited to one spell per turn.

Nice idea, but there's no such thing as double double strike, you only get one first strike attack and one normal attack. But Silverblade Paladin with Champion of the Parish is still an awesome combo.
