Nice idea, but there's no such thing as double double strike, you only get one first strike attack and one normal attack. But Silverblade PaladinMTG Card: Silverblade Paladin with Champion of the Parish is still an awesome combo.

:( I just realized this. face palm

Welp, this deck isn't as awesome as I thought it would be.

This deck looks really awesome-- I playtested it, and I was swinging for 14 flying on turn 4. It seems a little vulnerable to lots of removal, though. I'd suggest throwing in some Swiftfoot BootsMTG Card: Swiftfoot Boots or Faith's ShieldMTG Card: Faith's Shield.

Silverblade PaladinMTG Card: Silverblade Paladin is going to be gross paired with Wolfir SilverheartMTG Card: Wolfir Silverheart. You should include them in this deck!

It would be awesome to use Wolfir SilverheartMTG Card: Wolfir Silverheart, but he isn't a human. So if my Descendants' PathMTG Card: Descendants' Path is on the field he may get cycled to the bottom of my deck.

I play tested a bit and it definitely has potential, I think maybe I would make it a more Descendant's Path focus. Lose the autumn's veil, moment of heroism, and rites of flourishing, and play more humans.

I'll probably add Mentor of the MeekMTG Card: Mentor of the Meek because I keep running out of cards in my hand.

Have you guys seen the new spoilers? I'm gonna put Ulvenwald Tracker in this deck too.

Some Fiend Hunters or Oblivion Rings would help out, human decks rely on the field being open for them to attack without risking their lives lol. Rites of Flourishing is a cool card, but it helps out the opponent as well. Great deck idea, it works well, but Some creature control would help out. Oh, and Celestial Purge is a Sideboard must for any white deck.

@krishna007

Descendants' PathMTG Card: Descendants' Path will be legal when Avacyn Restored comes out, same with a few other cards in this deck. It's a premptive deck, not trolling.

@Yoshiman- No, but he is a warrior, just like Hamlet CaptainMTG Card: Hamlet Captain.

Yoshiman says... #23

@Dismay ooooo, you have a point there.

Once ulvenwald tracker is put on this site, I'll take out Autumn's VeilMTG Card: Autumn's Veil, Moment of HeroismMTG Card: Moment of Heroism, and Rites of FlourishingMTG Card: Rites of Flourishing and replace them with Ulvenwald tracker and Wolfir SilverheartMTG Card: Wolfir Silverheart.

I'm pretty new to standard so I just hope this deck will be alright once I go to my first fnm.

I am forever in hate with Rites of FlourishingMTG Card: Rites of Flourishing, Love seeing it but will never run it. Otherwise, Great Deck.

Hades4836 says... #25

I use Rites of FlourishingMTG Card: Rites of Flourishing all the time. But when I do, I usually run Curse of ExhaustionMTG Card: Curse of Exhaustion with it. This somewhat counter acts the benefit your opponent gets because he is limited to one spell per turn.
