Sideboard

I started playing Magic during Dragon's Maze release so it's only natural Maze's End found a special place in my heart. Ive tried a lot of different Maze's End decks, but all of them have been either too slow (any version with 20 gates and 4x Maze's End), or too dependent on continous card-draw (deck versions with multiple Fog effects). This version is the best ive been able to come up with yet.

Stall the game by removing creature threats with Journey to Nowhere, Silkwrap , Oblivion Ring and Banishing Light, then lock the entire board down with Sphere of Safety. Eidolon of Blossoms and Verduran Enchantress auto-replace any enchantment you cast so there's no need to hold on to your removal spells for card advantage reasons. Should you draw any excess land cards, use Summer Bloom to out them on the battlefield.

Search your library for basic lands with Font of Fertility and Khalni Heart Expedition . Courser of Kruphix will speed up the land hunt further and also heal any damage you took early game. When you have any 11 lands, use Scapeshift to win the game.

About the sideboard:

Use Leyline of Sanctity against mill, bolt and discard. Also sideboard in Feldon's Cane if your opponent has milling/discard spells that does not target.Use Ghostly Prison against tokens and Nevermore if you suspect someones playing Back to Nature . Always sideboard in Greater Auramancy the second game when your opponent has sideboarded in his/her Naturalize.

Lastly, if Back to Nature would not see any play in my playgroup I wiuld replace it with Glaring Spotlight against decks heavy in hexproof. Suggestions welcome, and if you like the deck please +1 it!
