This deck's focus is on creature stealing, stalling out the game, and playing something nasty like Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre.

There are many classic blue cards missing from this build, as this is simply an early draft.

I also try to avoid crossing the line from obnoxious to strait-up un-fun, so I avoided going mono-blue wizards, although many of the fun ones are in here. I skipped extra turn effects as well because I try to use the golden rule when it comes to deck building. I'll go as far as using Counterbalance and Sensei's Divining Top, a classic Legacy combo, but that's as "mean" as I'll get.
