Standard Blue White Control (Standard MTG Deck)

So I have not done many updates via this deck list but I will say that Divination was considered and I found quicken to fit my play style a lot better.

Council of the Absolute has been added in for the Mono black and Esper match ups. Heros downfall hurts my walkers a lot and named down fall off a council leaves them with a dead card. Ultimate price doesn't touch a council and Esper boards out board wipes game 2. Pithing needle as well as council can also name whip, or under city connections for black, and naming revelation or detention sphere for the epser mirror is also super hurtful. I plan to play test both match ups with Council in the SB and ill get back with how I felt the card preformed.
