A new deck i'm working on to make the best use of the Cipher abilities by primarily using unblockable creatures and [creeping tar pits], and trying to bring in as many ETB effects as possible witht the aid of . It's only in it's testing stage at the moment, so please, any help greatly appreciated! :)
