Credits to chiefbell for his work in the Modern primer that gave me something for a template to work with.

Bant Company is a tempo-based aggro deck that leverages the power of flash creatures and Collected Company, capitalizing on the power of instants in an otherwise sorcery-speed format. Some of it's most powerful cards include the deck's namesake, Reflector Mage, Dromoka's Command, and Spell Queller. It also carries a lot of value cards to grind out control decks.
Possible Counters: Board wipes (preferably 5CMC) help you stabilize against them, and hand disruption may help you read the deck's multi-faceted playstyle, potentially slowing them down and allowing you to avoid getting blown out. Hallowed Moonlight is also a niche choice.
