My attempt to make a standard mill deck. I don't think it's really that bad, and I don't understand why it hasn't been done yet. From my knowledge, if you mill your opponent, you screw up their deck just because you make cards go straight from their deck to the graveyard. While this may increase their chance to draw certain cards, it also increases the chance that you will mill cards they need, and if you are milling from Turn 1 and keep doing so you should be able to kill a lot of the fast-moving decks out there.
