very prototype deck so suggestions are welcome.

This deck does exactly what I said it does. The main goal here is to mill the opponent and defend yourself from nasty creatures that get through your mill and spells(there shouldn't be to many) with Cancel, Mana Leak, Incinerate, & Arc Trail . What you will want to do is defend yourself long enough to drop a Jace, Memory Adept or if the game drags out play Increasing Confusion & Increasing Vengeance at the same time(have at least 1 be cast with flashback) and then save 2 mana for Reverberate to double the effect or Mana Leak to protect it or if your lucky you will have Chandra, the Firebrand out and you can use her 2nd ability on top of those to mill you entire opponents deck in one turn as long as you used enough mana on Increasing Confusion and cast it with flashback.

use Nihil Spellbomb to keep them from shuffling there graveyard back into there deck or anything of that sort.
