I don't know if he's better than Fabled Hero but he definitely fits into this deck. (I used to have a Blue white heroic deck pre-rotation, but with mono b running rampant it was never really a thing.) Things that helped out mine were things that buffed the creatures for really cheap.

ok so I run a UW heroic deck and it is pretty successful. So let me see what you can do to yours.First I would recomend adding Heliod's Pilgrim A great card for this deck as it lets you get what you want. Also since I run this card I run Spectra Ward as a 1 of. Also I think you should add Stratus Walk as it lets you draw a card when it comes in which is great. Also another suggestion is adding Feat of Resistance over Ajani's Presence . The reason for this is it ads not only as a preven death, but it ads a +1/+1 counter AND it allows our creature to become unblockable to a color. Ajani's Presence yes may have strike, but you run a small mana base. my thoughts. Also you do not need Ordeal of Heliod x4, x2 or x1 should be plenty as we want to do other things besides gain life UNLESS we are vs other aggro decks. I would focus more on punching through.
