So, my local shop organises at 8th of February Pauper League. And that's my current brew.
2-CMC CARDS
Omenspeaker: Solid aggro waller that gives you solid scry when enters the battlefield.
Returned Phalanx: Another aggro wall that can swing if needed.
Hands of Binding: NO SWINGS FOR YOU!
Hidden Strings: So good it's not even worth explaining.
Paranoid Delusion: Every time this bad boy is cast, i mill 5% of your deck. Very good.
3-CMC CARDS
Deathcult Rogue: First cipher target. Almost unblockable guy in dimir deck is always good.
Psychic Strike: No key cards for you! Now mill 2 cards please.
Pilfered Plans: So, milling Divination? Yes, please.
4-CMC CARDS
Balustrade Spy: Not only he is evasive cipher target but he mills when he enters the battlefield. He is good.
Keymaster Rogue: And that's out 3rd cipher target. He can can move to hand Balustrade Spy and Omenspeaker , repeating ETB effect.
Grisly Spectacle: Good removal is always liked, especially when he can mill a lot of card (mine current record is 9 cards).
SIDEBOARD
Inaction Injunction: Our Pilfered Plans replacement for creature-heavy decks.
