Standard Planeswalker Party

Standard*

chiyukiakasuna

This deck is made for no reason other than to run every single Planeswalker in standard. I love planeswalkers and I love standard play, so I might as well merge the two. Five colours, but it's heavy on green, blue, and white, since Kiora, Elspeth, and Ajani are key players. This is a deck for fun, not heavy competition, though it can pose a threat. Ajani Steadfast is best for popping other Planeswalker's ultimates, and Elspeth's soldiers provide defense. If you can get Kiora's krakens or Garruk's beasts then you have heavy hitters, and make them fly with Elspeth! Fleecemane is there for a hitter that can come in early and stay late. There are few planeswalkers you actually have to pop, the rest are there for moral support/distractions. Elspeth, Kiora, Garruk,Ajani Steadfast, and Sorin are good to pop, whereas the others can provide nice draw-fixing (Jace, Ajani Mentor of Heroes) or blockers (Xenagos, Nissa). Chandra, Ashiok, and Liliana are kind of outliers, Lili is great if you can pop her and keep her (she's much better late-game), and Ashiok is better early to mid-game to keep your opponent from getting what they need. Chandra is...Chandra. The pings are nice, though. Ugin WILL be added once he's released, and that Ultimate will be beautiful in this deck.
