Hi! I recently participated in the first and second weeks of wizard of the coast's new standard showdown using my Mardu aggro build which I genuinely believe is one of the best decks in the Kaladesh standard. After achieving third place in the first week of standard showdown and only losing to the winner (UW spirits), I went on to win, going undefeated in the second week. Honestly I'm not the greatest player by any means but I know standard inside out and I am a damn good deck builder! If you want an explanation for any of the choices or simply have any questions regarding the deck or my matches whatsoever just ask. By the way perhaps the best thing of all about this deck is that, despite being crazy competitive, its actually not that expensive for a top tier standard deck! Anyway, the results the deck put in each week are as follows:

Week 1 (3rd place):
G1: got the by
G2: won against RW Vehicles 2-0
G3: won against RW humans 2-0
G4: lost to UW spirits 2-0
G5: won against Mardu Vehicles 2-1

Week 2 (1st place):
G1: won against Bant humans 2-1
G2: won against Jeskai Control 2-0
G3: won against Grixis Control 2-0
G4: won against Grixis homebrew grave shenanigans 2-0
