Fast creature based vampire deck, standard as of M13

After playing this deck some strategies:

Buff up vampires with bloodline keeper, as well as make more vampires, Nocturnus, and Stromkirk Captain.

Use blood artist, Child of night, and Vampire nighthawk for some lifegain. Killing wave with Blood artist out is wonderful.

Typhoid rats quick one drop can deal with unflipped delvers, buffed champions, geists, etc.

Sign in Blood self if top card is not black or need some card advantage.

This deck is able to easily beat many non-creature based decks, including miracles and control (with help of cavern), and combats well against spirits, and easily destroys humans (Nocturnus allows vampires to fly overhead)
