hmm... I'd do it like this -2 Tragic Slip +2 Black Sun's Zenith
side > -4 Bloodcrazed Neonate +4 Shock
you may also think about siding classic Surgical Extraction and/or Ratchet Bomb & Nihil Spellbomb

lol 2? try 4..... Markov Patrician is worse than Vampire Nighthawk without flying ... take them our and some Markov Blademaster , they make the manabase shanky and die to Gut Shot which is really really bad.

I'd rather play Shock instead of Arc Trail as it's an instant and costs only one mana.
I have mentioned Pillar of Flame previously as you can get rid of annoying undying creatures.
