The goal of the deck is to turn lifegain into damage. The original mechanism that inspired me to put this together is the idea of firing off one--or often, simultaneously, two--Ordeals of Heliod with one or more Sanguine Bonds on the table, for 20 or more damage to the opponent. It also takes advantage of other life gain interactions, particularly via Vizkopia Guildmage, Sunbond, Path of Bravery, and Archangel of Thune. Experience at FNM and casual home play has shown that when it works, it works spectacularly; however, it often does not work. Looking for suggestions for tightening it up.
