Looking more at your deck, i think Domri Rade is a little out of place, you'd hope to play him on turn 2 hopefully, but a better play on turn 2 would be Somberwald Sage if possible, so you can play a fattie on turn 3. I think Domri Rade is more of a win more type so id add another Garruk Wildspeaker if you have no fatties in hand, you can still get a 3/3 beast out. just my 2 cents :)

Hey there! Received your message. For a deck you haven't played much competitively, the deck and side board look great! I have a few ideas; but this deck looks pretty darn powerful. The only things I could think of off the top of my head are:

  1. I would probably reduce the deck by 1 Mountain and 1 Kessig Wolf Run and add two Cavern of Souls ...this keeps your Giants from being countered if you haven't pulled a Spellbreaker Behemoth . Also, since Inferno Titan is one of your only 2-red cost cards; you can always use the Cavern for red mana (if set to "giant") on him and colorless for anything else. Worst case scenario, you get it in your opening hand and have to name "druid" for your Arbor Elf and Somberwald Sage 's. Primeval Titan can tutor for your Kessig Wolf Run in half the games you'll play it anyways. You could also throw one in the main deck and one in the board if you were more comfortable that way (and just side it in against control). It can be pretty crippling against control when they can't counter your titans :)

  2. I would probably remove 1 Inferno Titan for another Domri Rade . Domri Rade is pretty powerful in your deck as it creates card advantage and can work as spot removal if need be. It would be amazing to fight their one creature prior to attacks and then attack through for a creature pumped by Kessig Wolf Run for the win!

  3. I'm not entirely sure that the benefit of Arbor Elf 's ability being able to be used upon removal (i.e. you untap the land and can use it later rather than floating a mana that just goes away) is worth the possibility you may not have a Forest . You only have 10 total Forest 's in your deck....you may be better off just playing Elvish Mystic or Llanowar Elves ...you, however, know better. If you rarely run into the issue of playing an Arbor Elf and not having a Forest the next turn to ramp with; than it is no issue at all. Just thought I'd mention it....but you know far better than if this is an issue at all as you play the deck. If not, Arbor Elf is the better choice.

Your sideboard looks spectacular! I don't know if I would change a thing. There are a few cards I wanted let you know about under certain potential "meta circumstances" :

  1. If you find a heavy amount of control in your meta (i.e. if control gains in popularity); you can put Defense Grid in (as Lightning Bolt is your only instant).

  2. If the White and U/W Enchantment control decks continue to gain in popularity, I would add Fracturing Gust to the board (as it attacks this, affinity, and boggles).

  3. If burn and/or delver decks become tough match ups or grow in your meta; you can add Bow of Nylea ...the 3-life each turn makes it very difficult for burn to race you, and it kills a lot of Modern Fliers (Clique, Pestermite, Flickerwisp, Birds, Flipped Delver, etc.) and in the worst case it adds a +1/+1 counter to a creature you have.

Other than that, there is not a ton I can really think to change. This is a pretty darn good ramp deck that can go the Kessig Wolf Run route, the Infect route, or the straight beatdown route. I really like this. The sideboard seems really great and the deck looks like it could hold up in the current Modern Meta. Turning off Splinter Twin and Birthing Pod are huge and you have cards for both. You may need a little more Splinter Twin hate (Spellskite , another Pithing Needle , etc) but that is just changing the number of cards here or there.

All in all, the deck looks great! I wish I could be more help, but if it ain't broke don't fix it :)

sad CurdBrosBrewingCo disagreeing with me :"(. I know Domri Rade is beyond powerful and thats why he is used in a lot of Modern zoo decks that run like 28+ creatures but i can't stress how awesome Garruk Wildspeaker is id defintley try to find another place for him!

Thank you both so much! I'm really trying to make this as mean as possible and appreciate all the suggestions! I'll probably be changing up a few things now: )

Think it would be wise to split the elf slot? 2 arbors and 2 mystics?

I do agree with what you said Crazybop09 about Garruk Wildspeaker ...I put him in in the top five walkers of all time. I literally use him in 90% of the decks I play. Just crazy powerful...it's just as good to go with two Garruk Wildspeaker as you get quasi-card advantgage out of the 3/3 beast and a lot of power from his +1.

Crazybop09 could be right...you may be better off simply playing two Garruk Wildspeaker ....I've been wrong before! I just REALLY like Domri Rade in heavy creature decks (especially those with little card draw). He can draw cards when needed and work as much needed removal in a deck with a lot of 5/5's and 6/6's. Just versatile in the areas the deck is otherwise not (removal and card draw). You are right though that it does kind of compete with Somberwald Sage ....it's really one of those "gotta test to see which works out better" situations. I'm sure it will differ with different opponents. Crazybop09 knows his stuff; so I would definitely test both ways to see which works better.

Glad I could help! The deck is strong either way...one card here or there is always a fun discussion; but shows that there is not much left to change!

Agreed. You both are helping alot. While I agree 2 garruks are awesome, I enjoy the benefits of having both. Maybe my mind will change after actually playing an event. As it is, i still play only casual(too many grown up things ; p) and it works great.

Just for the record CurdBrosBrewingCo, both of your posts were far above the 3 sentence limit that I have for me to read anything on the internet, so I have no input. Now I will crawl back into my stasis chamber until I get another notification.

I can help with the deck but there is a lot I need to say. It would be easier to tell you in voice. Do you have skype and are you willing to discuss it over a call? If you can when are you free to do so? I am able to anytime after 9-10 closer to 10 EST.
