For the sideboard: Obstinate Baloth and Thrun, the Last Troll are solid against midrange strategies. Spellskite beats a surprising number of decks, redirecting Cranial Plating , Arcbound Ravager , Splinter Twin , etc. Engineered Explosives beats a lot of aggressive strategies. Fulminator Mage does good work against control and Scapeshift .

Grove of the Burnwillows is also a great dual land, probably the best or 2nd best in these colors.

I love the deck and its name and concept, but could you clear up the creature base. Not the cards but take out the foils. It makes it more appealing and less irritating. Also you have 2 Wurmcoil Engine separate. +1

That wont bother me too much atgarnett, titans are value generators if they stick around.

I understand that. Im saying the card wont bother me. Yes it stops my titans from doing their thing when they enter but if not dealt with theyll keep triggering on attack ; p

Your mana base is pretty solid. You've made some changes since I last checked in and lost my menagerie of comments and suggestions. Here's what I see:
I don't like Somberwald Sage as it's too fragile. Early creature based ramp is potent if unanswered, but with the amount of removal in the format, I like to run with more effective means. Granted, Sage can do some serious work, but it has target written all over it.
Viridian Emissary is a seriously underrated card. It can put pressure on the opponent, and when it dies, you get a basic. Solemn Simulacrum is much the same, but with added benefit. Lands are harder to get rid of than creatures. Explore is a great cantrip. Oracle of Mul Daya , while also fragile for the CMC, can do much work.
I can see you having a hard time against R/G Tron (Pyroclasm), Twin, and Affinity, given your midrange strategy. I dig ramp/midrange and have brewed up some curious decks (see profile page decks), but I've also included stuff like Beast Within , Path to Exile , Abrupt Decay , Qasali Pridemage , Knight of the Reliquary , Thoughtseize , etc mainboard to deal with the top decks in the meta.
Ramp decks can be seriously badass if unanswered, but we need our own answers in order to maintain board presence and secure a win. Dig where you're going with this.

aeonstoremyliver - Anger of the Gods and Creeping Corrosion sideboard to beat affinity. I assume against twin the Beast Within , Pithing Needle and Torpor Orb come in to shut off activated abilities and ETBs etc.
To be honest I've been following this deck for a while but just never commented. It seems really solid and I have nothing to add. I'm sorry :(
Perhaps a Nissa (when she is released) may be good?

Amulet of Vigor would not be good in this deck. You need to build around it for it to be good. The only thing it would do in this deck is let your singleton Raging Ravine enter untapped.

I'm not sure if I want to be recommending Verdant Catacombs , Misty Rainforest , Arid Mesa or Scalding Tarn seeing as you do want to be searching out lands with Primeval Titan , but I do think those Fire-Lit Thicket aren't super necessary and could probably be Copperline Gorge s to cast mana guys on turn 1 or Lightning Bolt without taking damage. If I think of something else, I'll be sure to tell you.
