Turn 1: Land, avacyn's priest Turn 2: Land, Farseek Turn 3: Land, Thragtusk Turn 4: Land, Progenitor Mimic on Thragtusk thusly creating Swagtusk Turn 5: .... Turn 6: Shake hands cause they just scooped

Or atleast that's my goal. The way this deck runs is to simple clone a really good card and flood the enemy. What card you mimic varies, some games you may find it'd be more effective to copy your oponent's win-con than your own. This deck takes what they do and does it better or just does what you want to do times 5. So long as you have a Clone or a Progenitor Mimic available you can copy their win-con creature and make them hate it. Acidic Slime exists as another potential mimic target which serves you in a different way. The azorious charm is there for card cycling and a control option.

This is a deck i'm currently building and haven't had legit play testing with it, so in that regard I ask for input on this deck like what should go into the sideboard, how it'd fair against popular match ups and the like. I plan to try to run this in a Star City Open so I beg you all to give input and help me out.

Made a loooooooot of changes and they seem to be working out. For starters while Trostani, Voice of Selesnya 's activated ability gave me some good moves with populate it just didn't serve a great role beyond winning a bit harder so I swapped her out for another guild leader, Prime Speaker Zegana was an iffy choice suggested by a friend but the extra draw power she brings is what this deck needs to finish off an opponent after the Loxodon Smiter phase has worn down. I decided to main board Fiend Hunter just for a bit of extra removal. After a bit of testing I'm enjoying the sideboard options as swapping in the enchantments and Acidic Slime allows this deck to hold midrange decks in place for a bit while beating them down and waiting for their bomb in order to mimic it. Currently I'm still in need of deck testing against a control deck which is what the slimes were originally in there for.
