UW Control-Mill.

Counter magic in the early game, which gets our JVP and TITI online fast, as well as getting clues through the Trail of Evidence.

We use Counters with benefits. Void Shatter exiles to prevent delirium. Scatter has awaken for late game. Clash is good early and OC can draw, counter a JVP, AND get back our own JVP or TITIs.

Startled Awake starts the milling.

Once we get a Tutelage in play, we use the Vessel of Paramnesia to get mill and ST triggers.

Ex: You hold 3 mana up for countering. EOT crack a clue (ST trigger), crack a Warped, crack a vessel.

Reflector mage is removal on a stick for any point in the game.

Ulamog does double duty as a finisher and super "mill." Also, exiles so there's no delirium issue.

G'M is another finisher with recursion. Synergizes with TITI because they're both Horrors.

JVP and JUS both draw cards, with synergistic emblems.

Al's Archive doubles our draws.

Sideboard plan: Disperse and Displacement wave handle JVP. Overwhelming Denial for control matchup. Displacement wave covers tokens. Burn from within and Radiant flames can deal with PWs, Avacyns or tokens. Endbringer can draw cards or ping, Displacer can work with Reflector to clear the board. Planar Outburst is a classic board wipe with Awaken potential. Invasive surgery can help with any sorceries in a Surgical Extraction manner.
