Reanimate, delve, and ramp. Everything that BUG was ever meant to do.

I want to stay away from the Deadeye Navigator + Palinchron combo because everybody playing against tooth and nail literally wins the game. I also want to stay away from Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger because its banned in my playgroup.

I want help making this as competitive as possible but under a budget of $30 per new card.
