This is my mono blue commander!

The strategy is almost completely based around Teferi's -1 ability to untap four permanents. The game plan being is to drop as many permanents that tap for additional mana and mana rocks as you can, drop teferi, and ramp yourself into as many extra turns, or as much card draw as required to win.

I would like to get some more tutor cards and probably should get a rhistic study.

The downfall to this deck is that your turns can take forever, or you'll end up taking so many extra turns your opponents might get bored and walk away from the game.
