Izzet is TIRED of getting crapped on by high power edh decks, and Stella is out for revenge (and blood) (and spells. Lots of spells). This is a pretty budget friendly deck, and can win fast with explosive untap cantrips that go infinite with Stella. Over all, it's really fun, and very satisfying to overrun your opponents with.
