Definitely not a proper CEDH build, but it works very well as a higher tier casual deck. The large number of graveyard tutors help the deck run more consistently, and allows for the deck to work very well as a toolbox build, tutoring out the right creatures for the right situation. Some examples of toolbox creatures include Spore Frog, Caustic Caterpillar, and Shriekmaw, that enable removal of problematic permanents or to fog combat repeatedly if need be against either aggro strategies or cards like Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons that rely on combat to work.

Aside from the usual toolbox creatures, the best creatures to tutor to the graveyard in general are creatures that can sacrifice themselves for ramp (Sakura-Tribe Elder, Diligent Farmhand, Dawntreader Elk, and Yavimaya Granger). Most of these have a low enough CMC that you can reliably recur them every turn for the first few turns in the game, both allowing you to gain an explosive amount of mana and increase your experience counters to allow for more expensive creatures to be recurred.

Depending on how many experience counters you already have, what you want to tutor to the graveyard changes. Typically, cards like Viscera Seer and Sakura-Tribe Elder are best because they are low CMC creatures that can sacrifice themselves, meaning you can reliably recur them the turn after casting Meren. If you can tutor multiple creatures (Jarad's Orders, Buried Alive, Final Parting), getting a big finisher like Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Protean Hulk, or Massacre Wurm are helpful to tutor along with a lower CMC value creature so that it is available when you get enough experience counters to actually recur them.

Generally the win condition is just blood artist effects (Zulaport Cutthroat, Poison-Tip Archer, Syr Konrad, the Grim, and Massacre Wurm), and either using edict effects (Butcher of Malakir, Savra, Queen of the Golgari) or just sacrificing all of your own creatures and continuing to drain your opponents until they all are defeated.
