If you're going to have Varolz in there you need Death's Shadow in there, as well.

Death's Shadow is good with Varolz, the Scar-Striped, but not very good otherwise. Varolz is there to scavenge Skullbriar, the Walking Grave, which is much more reliable. This isn't much of scavenge deck.
