Modified version of my Mono-Blue control deck: Stop, Copy & Steal.

Uses the idea of that deck, but splashing black for Phenax, God of Deception and Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver .

Removed 3x Negate, 1x Perilous Vault and 1x Icefall Regent

Added 3x Clash of Wills, 2x Sphinx's Tutelage

Going to test these out tomorrow night at FNM. Was really surprised with Sphinx's Tutelage at the prerelease, as soon as that gets out it tends to mill for a lot, especially when you have extra card draw going on - but even on it's own it isn't useless.

Clash of Wills seems better for the current meta in my area, there isn't a lot of control decks going around, so Negate hasn't been as important as Nullify in the early game. Clash of Wills just gives me 3 more Nullify to draw into in my opening hand, while leaving the option to counter non-creature spells later in the game.

Also going to try slipping 2x Languish into my sideboard, removing 3x Omenspeaker and 1x Nullify. Other two sideboard slots are open for suggestions at this point - for now will be putting 2x Negate in that slot, though not sure how much I'll need those.

Could be tempted to remove the 3x Negate in sideboard and replace with more card draw for the control v. control matchups.
