Looking for something new in modern? Don't feel like spending $600+ for a decent deck? Look no further!

What makes this deck so good, you ask? Well a potential turn 2 win, and a nearly guaranteed turn 4 win are pretty good.

How does it work? Before you see the turn explanation below, just like Zombie Hunt, you discard lands toward Lightning Storm to build up damage on one big spell. So, you want a lot of land to be able to discard.

Or for the turn 3 potential win.

Is it possible? Yup. It's a great start to have just a Reliquary Tower and a Treasure Hunt in hand.

"But.. what if I'm playing against a deck that I know has counterspells in it?"

Great question! Well first, don't play like an idiot.

Worst case scenario, let's say you don't draw Cascade Bluffs while digging for Lightning Storm, and didn't start the game with Reliquary Tower.

This deck has tons of options, and potential scenario's, available for those who seek out its treasure.

Want some examples? It's capable of getting around Spellskite because of how the trigger works on the stack. You say "Yeah, so this many land toward Lightning Storm on the stack", then they re-target toward Spellskite, so you add another trigger on the stack to re-target toward the player, and eventually (if you have enough land in hand) they kill themselves by trying to redirect to spellskite.

Am I going to give away all the goodies? Nope. I challenge you to find more yourself and see what you can come up with for this deck.

So what are you waiting for? Go on a Lightning Hunt today!
