I like to compare this deck to a snowball. Each turn you push your snowball down the hill and see it grow on its own until it becomes unstoppable. If you are really lucky 1 push (turn) is enough but usually it takes around 4 or 5 turns.

Since there are only so many good cards to keep the deck going on its own. (Its not like you can include 30 manacrypt's). The deck features some artifact stax to fill the gaps.

How to play the deck

You will want to draw and play as many cards as possible each turn. While you keep developing the board, you should focus on making your artifacts cost less, draw more cards and get more mana. Usually in that order of priority (depending on your hand). For each such card you play, chances to keep going from there go up.

In most cases discount cards for artifacts (like Foundry Inspector) are the best targets for your copy cards (like Sculpting Steel).

How to win

You got some options. Aetherflux Reservoir is awesome because it will win you the game and since it's an artifact, it won't slow down your snowball as much. Laboratory Maniac is not only a game winner, knowing you have this card in your deck will also restore your sanity when you see your library shrinking like mad.

You could add more win conditions like Grapeshot, Fireball, ... . Take inclusion of these cards in careful consideration tho, every non cheap artifact card is like a speed bump for your snowball.

It's probably a good idea to secure your win conditions with free counter spells like Pact of Negation or Force of Will

From here we basically draw 2 cards for each artifact we cast and all spells cost  less. There is no guarantee it keeps going from here but chances are very high.
