One concern I feel needs to be addressed is that spells cast off of Storm cannot be cast for their alternate casting costs, such as Fuse, Overload, etc.

Ah yeah, I was aware of those rulings. Its a shame we cant overload, but then that would just be really silly ahaha. With the electromancers, I might be able to overload Cyclonic Rift as a pseudo boardwipe/token killer :)

as for fuse, i dont think i would ever be able to play Release due to lack of the right mana :)

What do you think of Firemind's Foresight ?

Seeing as how you lack an Instant with a CMC of 3, you may want to find something else to put in Firemind's Foresight 's place.

How does Worldspine Wurm keep you from milling your self? It only shuffles its slef back into your deck not your whole graveyard!

If you are that worried about milling yourself, either find room in the main board for Elixirs or Psychic Spiral .

Hmm after much play testing, I dont think Milling is a problem! :) We can just cast Wurm off another creature for fun times!

In my sideboard I added Satyr Firedancer

Satyr Firedancer could be a great swap for Young Pyromancer if they have small creatures! Definately in my sideboard. Im certainly considering Dictate of the Twin Gods it seems right! My life certainly isnt a problem after storm is out, and the fact that i could ultimately deal 22 damage with a discarded Worldspine Wurm is pretty tasty. Fated Conflagration can only hit creatures or planeswalkers, i want to always have a valid target when playing my burn spells.Ral Zarek ....I think he's nice, but maybe not super great in this kind of deck? thank you for the comment and +1!
