I would honestly just play it over Thespian's Stage in general. You don't need to pay any other costs to make it become a post.

but i can have Thespian's Stage enter the battlefield before i get Cloudpost then change it later.

That shouldn't matter if you're playing the deck right

I'm not looking for big "15-Drops", I'm using the extra mana for expensive abilities. It's not meant to be fast just consistent and more than anything fun.
