A mill deck concept that I figured to use. Runs off of Tutelage and the Sanity enchantments so naturally the deck is weak against enchantment removal, despite the minimal negates. Quite strong on mill cards and combined with the sanity and tutelage, it could pull off a turn 5 win if lucky. Open to some suggestions on improvement, or any other ideas.
